SchuF Control valves are designed for use on critical or extremely severe service applications that demand much more than a standard valve can offer. Often the last piece of equipment within the process, they work to regulate flow, temperature or pressure within a vessel, pipeline, or process within a predefined operating range.

SchuF Control valves are available as both Inline (Globe and Ball) and Angle type and are widely used across a range of industries with the requirement to let down pressure, regulate level and flow, three-way mixing and distributive control for processes such as PET, PVC, PP and PE reactors, coal liquefaction, heavy oil upgrading, gasification and high-pressure acid leaching (HPAL).

 

SchuF Control valves are ideal for severe operating conditions with high flow rates, high pressure or temperature drops, corrosive & erosive substances, vibrations or where crystallisation can be an issue. The SchuF Control valve is custom-made to application requirements in order to optimise field performance.
