Our Valve & Process Solutions Head Office is located in Chesterfield, UK. We also have offices in Market Harborough and West Sussex. In addition to our offices, we have Area Sales Engineers in England, Scotland, India, Oman & UAE who are available for site visits to provide technical support and training.
Valve & Process Solutions supports industries worldwide including Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Confectionary, Oil & Gas, Water & Waste Management, Food & Beverage, Brewing & Distilling, Sugar, Power, and OEM.

We don’t currently offer any product training courses. However, we would be more than happy to hop on a video call and talk through a product and how it works. Our Area Sales Engineers are also available for site visits to discuss products in more detail and give a demonstration where possible. Valve & Process Solutions is a leading stockist distributor, we don’t manufacture any products. However, we are the sole UK agent for SchuF who design and manufacture speciality valves for the chemical and related industries (please check out our SchuF page for more details). Furthermore, we have a portfolio of high-performance products from market-leading brands in the industry, and we’re sure we’ll be able to provide a solution that meets your application requirements.

Delivery
We have an extensive range of products in stock at our head office in Chesterfield, ready when you need them. We offer next day shipping for customers in the UK and Europe when an order is placed before 2:30pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, bespoke products and any products that need to be ordered from the manufacturer are subject to longer lead times. We do our very best to get your products to you as soon as possible.
Yes, we ship worldwide!
Shipping is calculated for each individual order based on product quantities, weight, location, urgency, and any additional requirements needed. Customer collection is also an option.
If you need to report a product damaged during shipping, please get in touch as soon as possible with details of the damage and supporting photos. Please email sales@vandpsolutions.com.
