Keystone OptiSeal Butterfly Valve

The Emerson Keystone OptiSeal is a resilient seated butterfly valve in wafer and lugged body style for general purpose, food and beverage processing, industrial applications and chemical applications when configured with a PTFE lined seat, disc and stem.

The Keystone OptiSeal butterfly valve is suitable for food and beverage processing, dry bulk conveying, paper mills, slurry handling etc. Grease or silicone free valves are available for special applications such as paint or oxygen systems. The Keystone OptiSeal is suitable for pneumatic or electric direct mount with E Series Keystone actuators.


Keystone OptiSeal seats are available in EPDM and NBR. PTFE seats are also available in valve sizes up to 300mm. The Keystone OptiSeal with PTFE lined seat and PTFE covered disc stem is ideally suited to applications where excellent chemical resistance and non-toxic properties are required.
