The Emerson Keystone K-LOK Series are high-performance butterfly valves available in wafer and lugged style and suitable for various industries including gas, steam, water and vacuum applications.
- Bubble-tight shut-off
- Bi-directional
- Unique two-piece shaft and double-offset disc/shaft design allows for high cycling
- Extended neck allows for 50mm of pipeline insulation (Figure 360/362 and 370/372 and Series 36/37)
- Disc taper pins are tangentially positioned placing them in compression rather than shear stress
- Integrally cast disc position stop perfectly locates the disc in seat, achieving maximum seat and seal life
- Size range 50mm - 300mm (Dependant on model)

Keystone K-LOK Figure 360/362 and 370/372 Butterfly Valve
The Keystone K-LOK Figure 360/362 unique two-piece shaft and double-offset disc/shaft design allows for high cycling and creates a lower disc profile with increased capacity.
Keystone K-LOK Series 36/37 Butterfly Valve
The Keystone K-LOK Series 36/37 is a high performance butterfly valve rated to ASME Class 150 and 300. The unique design does not rely on pressure to assist sealing and therefore seals at high and low pressures, as well as dirty services.
Keystone K-LOK Series 38 Butterfly Valve
The Keystone K-LOK Series 38 is a high performance butterfly valve engineered to NAMUR Recommendation NE 167. The valve is rated PN10, 16 & 25. The unique design does not rely on pressure to assist sealing and therefore seals at high and low pressures, as well as dirty services.
The Keystone K-LOK butterfly valves are suitable for pneumatic or electric direct mount with E & U Series Keystone actuators.
